Richard Senn

Richard's earliest memories are of running around his grandparent's Oklahoma farm, feeding their horses, and helping string barbed wire fences. While Richard always enjoyed the outdoors, he fell in love with it when he was eight years old hunting whitetail deer for the first time. I was hooked from the first morning my dad and I snuck into the woods before sunrise. We watched the world and the wildlife come to life, says Richard. When he wasn't playing youth baseball or playing quarterback on his small-town football team, Richard was thinking about hunting, fishing, and camping. Richard attributes his down-to-earth personality to his Oklahoma upbringing. It's a trait that clients are drawn to and appreciate when seeking property for a home or investment, whether they're native Oklahomans or new to the state. Richard is as comfortable working with corporate clients as he is with fellow Oklahomans. He spent many 13+ years in the oil and gas industry working for a top service company, traveling North America working with executives and decision-makers. I had opportunities to move to Cody, Wyoming; Huntington Beach, California; Houston, Texas; Denver, Colorado and almost any major oilfield destination. My heart and family are in Oklahoma. There is something special about Oklahoma. Its people, who are always willing to lend a helping hand, make me proud of my decision to stay, explains Richard. And there is something about his corporate background and also his competitiveness and perseverance that serves Richards's clients well when it comes to pricing and negotiations. He started shooting archery competitively across Oklahoma and went on to compete nationally winning an Oklahoma state championship, Shooter of the Year, two national archery tournaments in Missouri and Illinois, and 10 national Top 10 finishes. Like him combining his love for sports, the outdoors, and hunting in one with archery and bow hunting, Richard finds the perfect property that combines all his client's wants in one place. With this knowledge of business and Oklahoma, plus his family values, honesty, and integrity, Richard lends a helping hand to clients to make their dreams of Oklahoma land ownership a reality. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, Richard married his grade school classmate and high school sweetheart, Rebecca. The couple has two daughters who are inheriting Richards's love of the outdoors, nature, and land as they hunt and camp across Oklahoma together. My passion for hunting, wildlife, and all things outdoors led me to start 1776 Land Company, powered by Fathom Realty, where I would have the opportunity to trade corporate travel and business suits for my true passion of the outdoors and helping people achieve their dreams of land ownership or land investment, says Richard. Whatever your goals are for owning or selling property, contact Richard for the best advice on how to make them happen.

Seller Client
I wanted to take a minute and let everyone know what a great experience I had with 1776 Land Company/Richard Senn in selling my Ranch. He was very professional and the video he made of the property made my Ranch stand out. Without his hard work and the video my property would still be for sale. If you need to buy or sell anything I would recommend you call Richard at 1776.

To anyone interested in either buying or selling land, I would like to recommend Richard Senn. I have had the pleasure of working with Richard over the past few months selling a 420 acre ranch. Being a former real estate agent myself, it was clear to see that he went above and beyond what I was expecting. From setting out game cameras and mineral blocks to attract the wildlife, to clearing low-hanging limbs that were obstructing the trails, he worked tirelessly to bring out all the best features of this property. Not only is he the best realtor I’ve ever worked with, read more

Seller Client
Richard is a true professional in every sense of the word. He was able to list and sell two large ranches for me after I had become very frustrated previously working 2 years to sell my ranches with 30+ year veteran agent, who was ultimately unable to sell and bring a buyer to the table. Richard’s can do attitude and actions were impressive. He quickly had professional photos and maps of my property and spent a lot of time onsite learning the property so he had a full understanding for showings. If you are thinking of trusting an agent with the sale of your ranch give Richard a call!

Seller/Buyer Client
Richard has assisted our family with purchasing and selling multiple properties and ranches in Oklahoma. His honesty, integrity, and professionalism is what really sets him apart from other agents. His expertise and knowledge of land and land sales has put our family in a great position on multiple occasions whether we were buying or selling. He has been a key part of fulfilling our real estate needs and buying and selling was extremely hassle free and without issue every time. I would highly recommend Richard to any buyers or sellers with any real estate needs in Oklahoma.

Buyer Client
I would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy or sell. We recently purchased a large tract through Richard. He was very knowledgeable about the land. He offered several suggestions on how best to improve the land based on our needs. When we had an issue with the closing beyond his control, Richard was right there doing everything he could to resolve the issues and keep the process moving. To me you never really know how good a person is until you have a problem. It is how he handled the issues that makes him the best agent we have worked with to buy land. read more
