Rhett Richardson

Rhett grew up in Rockwall, TX, and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and sales professionals.  In 2007 after graduating high school, he accepted a full scholarship to play football for the Arkansas Razorbacks at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.  While undergoing the rigors of participating in collegiate athletics, a full-time job in and of itself, Rhett earned his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology in only 3 years.  During his time on the football team, he assumed multiple leadership roles.  One of these responsibilities was with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) ministry team serving many athletes on the college campus.  His passion for serving, leading, and mentoring individuals also led to a year of volunteer work with a local church as a college youth pastor.  In 2018, Rhett decided to combine his passion for the outdoors with his business knowledge and love for helping people and entered into the world of land real estate.  With multiple years of experience in the industry, Rhett offers his clients something that is rarely seen in the industry; integrity, honesty, and the work ethic instilled in him from his time in sports.  Rhett is married to his beautiful wife Amber who is currently a Certified Registered Nurse of Anesthesia at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, OK.  He has a lazy rottweiler named "Bear" and enjoys hunting, golfing, supporting his Razorbacks, traveling with his wife, being involved in his local church, and helping his clients with all of their real estate needs.  Contact Rhett today to see the difference the 1776 Land Co has to offer!
